Once the house has been cleared it can feel cold and smaller than it really is, and buyers struggle to picture themselves there. We furnish it so the home feels warm and lived-in again for photos and viewings.
- You don’t need to be local. We can collect keys from the agent, send you photos at each stage and handle the styling day without you there.
- One point of contact. We work with your agent and, if you’d like, the clearance firm and cleaners, so the house is ready in the right order.
- Clear, fixed costs, agreed in writing, which you can pay from the estate when the sale completes if your solicitor agrees.
For downsizers
If you’re moving on from a large home you’ve lived in for many years, we style it while you’re still living there. We work with the furniture you’re keeping, edit what goes on show, and add fresh accessories so the house photographs beautifully.

Things we don’t do (and who does)
We don’t take away or dispose of household belongings. That needs a licensed waste carrier, and we’re happy to suggest reputable local clearance firms, charities and auction houses. We also don’t value property; your estate agent or a RICS surveyor can help with that.
