Clear Space is a small, owner-run business based in Harrogate. We started it because Harrogate has some of the finest homes in Yorkshire, yet we couldn’t find a staging company actually based in the town with its own furniture stock.

Local

Based in Harrogate, with our furniture stored in town. We know the streets, the house types and the agents.

Prices published on our website and confirmed in writing. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Careful

We treat every home as someone’s home, whether they’re living in it, selling it for a parent or moving on.

Honest

Real furniture in real rooms. We never present AI-edited or borrowed images as our own work.

Measuring what matters

There is surprisingly little hard evidence about what staging does to sale prices in the UK. Most published figures are opinion surveys or come from staging companies themselves.

So we’re keeping our own record. On every home we stage, we’ll note how long it takes to receive an offer, how many viewings it gets and how the offer compares with the asking price. As the numbers build up, we’ll publish them here, whatever they show.

Harrogate (HG1 to HG3), Knaresborough, Ripon, Wetherby, Pannal, Boroughbridge, Pateley Bridge and Nidderdale. We can often help further afield too; just ask.
